FEES
Tuition is $975.00 CDN per participant for the seven-day Institute, payable upon confirmation of acceptance.
The closing date for applications is March 1, 2024.
Upon acceptance, a detailed invoice with the total cost will be emailed to you. To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit of $525.00 CDN must be paid within two weeks of acceptance.
The balance of $450.00 CDN will be due by May 31, 2024. Failure to submit the balance may result in your spot being offered to someone on the waiting list.
Tuition includes the use of practice rooms, pianos, and course materials. It does not include transportation to or within Toronto, accommodations, meals, insurance, and incidentals.

Please use this to pay your final tuition instalment of $450.00 CAD only if you have already paid your non-refundable Tuition deposit.

ADDITIONAL EXPENSES
Successful applicants will be required to arrange their accommodations for the duration of the Institute.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your participation, the following policy applies:
The first payment of $525.00 is non-refundable. The second payment of $450.00 is refundable only if the Ukrainian Art Song Project is notified by email at least 30 days before the first day of the Institute, August 12, 2024.
